End-User License Agreement
Effective date: July 10, 2026
This Agreement governs use of the Born West QuickBooks Integration, operated by Born West Inc.
Internal-use license
Authorized personnel receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for Born West’s internal business operations.
Authorized use
Users may access the Application only through company-approved accounts and systems. Credentials may not be shared, and access controls may not be bypassed.
QuickBooks connection
The Application may use Intuit APIs to create, retrieve, or update accounting information as directed by authorized workflows. Users must review accounting outputs before relying on or distributing them.
Ownership
Born West and its licensors retain all rights in the Application and related materials.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
This license ends when a user is no longer authorized or violates this Agreement.
Governing law
California law governs this Agreement.
