Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Born West Inc. handles information processed through its private internal QuickBooks integration.

Information processed

The Application may process business contacts, customer identifiers, invoice details, dates, amounts, descriptions, payment status, and technical metadata.

Purposes

Information is processed to create and update accounting records, reconcile internal systems with QuickBooks Online, maintain auditability, secure the integration, diagnose failures, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

Information may be processed by Intuit QuickBooks, n8n, Airtable, Cloudflare, and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the integration. Born West does not sell personal information.

Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for accounting, operational, security, audit, and legal purposes.

Security

Born West uses access controls, encrypted connections, OAuth authorization, credential management, and restricted administrative access.

QuickBooks authorization

Authorized administrators may revoke the connection through Intuit or the company-managed integration environment.
